Mediterranean Bank is currently accepting applications for a new local corporate bond, issued by SD Finance plc. This bond issue was authorised by the Malta Financial Services
Authority on 27th March 2017.
The following are the highlights of the issue:
- Total aggregate amount of issue is €65,000,000
- Minimum denomination is €2,000 and integral multiples of €100 in excess thereof
- Interest rate is 4.35% per annum payable on the 25th April of each year
- The bonds are unsecured
- The bonds are guaranteed in respect of both the interest and the principal amount by SD Holdings Limited, the parent company of SD Finance plc
- The bond issue price is €100 per bond (at par)
- Redemption date is 25th April 2027
